Comment:Fix the Synopsis on OP_Concat. Added test_addop_breakpoint() during SQLITE_DEBUG. Enhanced sqlite3VdbeChangeToNoop() to omit the instruction if it is the most recent added. Continue to fix problems with UPDATE and WITHOUT ROWID.
